Who We Are

NLT SPINE began as a pioneer in non‑linear, minimally invasive spine surgery (MISS). Today, we are a vertically integrated med‑tech company that engineers the full continuum of care—from precision implants that unfurl inside the body to connected wearables that tame pain long after the incision has healed.

What We Make

Care Stage Flagship Solutions
Intra‑operative PROW FUSION™ expandable TLIF cage• Percutaneous screw & rod systems• Non‑linear access instruments and graft‑delivery tools
Post‑operative / Rehab PULSE WAVE™ wearable TENS/NMES stimulators with app‑driven dosing• MAG‑LOOP™ cordless PEMF therapy rings for deep‑tissue recovery
Conservative / Home Care • Smart lumbar & knee braces with active heat‑and‑compression• Portable lumbar traction boards• Low‑level laser (LLLT) photobiomodulation wands
All products are conceived in our R&D hubs in Tel Aviv and Minneapolis, manufactured in ISO 13485 facilities, and supported by a global field‑training network.

How We Innovate

Our patented non‑linear deployment platform—now protected by 130+ issued and pending patents—allows rigid implants, flexible coils, and even conductive textile circuits to be inserted through incisions or housings far smaller than their final working footprint. The same design language informs every division: a TLIF cage that curls into a full‑footprint circle, a PEMF coil that springs open around a swollen knee, a silver‑mesh electrode that flexes without hot‑spots under dynamic spinal loads.

Why It Matters

  • For Surgeons: shorter operative times, less tissue disruption, and instruments that feel intuitive on day one.
  • For Patients: smaller scars, faster rehab, and on‑demand pain control without heavy pharmacology.
  • For Health Systems: reduced OR costs, lower readmission rates, and scalable remote‑monitoring data that prove value.

Leadership & Governance

Guided by world‑renowned spine surgeons, biomedical engineers, and digital‑therapy experts, NLT SPINE maintains strict compliance with FDA, CE MDR, and MDSAP standards. Our Clinical Affairs team partners with leading academic centers to generate the peer‑reviewed evidence that drives reimbursement and clinician confidence.
From expandable interbody cages to AI‑tuned neuro‑stimulation wearables, NLT SPINE delivers one cohesive promise: maximum healing, minimal intrusion.
